Our Story

Established in 1989, Teledirect has been committed to providing exceptional business services to organizations around the globe. As a company, we have continually evolved with the rapidly changing technological landscape, always striving to offer the most advanced and reliable solutions to our clients. 2002

Ventura acquired the in-house call centre of the Swiss media group Ringier and established TeleDirect. TeleDirect started as a call centre of media companies active on the Hungarian market providing outbound callservice and customer base management.

2002 - 2005

The company enlarged its customer base and started to offer complete help desk service.
In this period the customers were large accounts present on the Hungarian market, like Quelle, Metro, Ogilvy, Magyar Hírlap, Nationale Nederland, Sawyer Miller Group, Dun Bradstreet, Kraft Food, Bosch, Axel Springer, Junkers, Bruderus and Europcar.

2005

TeleDirect was selected as call centre and claim management partner for Wizzair who launched its activity in Poland and Hungary.The partnership with Wizzair massively influenced the service profile of TeleDirect offering a fully cross boarder24h multilingual service. Wizzair is still today the largest customer of the company.

2021

At the right time of the move to digital service TD shareholders decided to change the service profile of the company. In this way Ventura could make use of its extensive network and industry experience to support the transmission of TeleDirect. The business units of business process outsourcing (BOP) and remote software maintenance have been established.

2022

TeleDirect changed its name to TeleDirect BPO. For the Software unit was first as primary market the supplychain integration service selected.
